1. FDU International Scholarship.

The FDU scholarship is a four-year renewable award available to all qualified candidates who wish to begin undergraduate studies in the United States. Fairleigh Dickinson University manages this payments program.

For foreign students pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees at Fairleigh Dickinson University, the Col. Farleigh S. Dickinson Bursary and also the FDU International Grants and loans are available.

Eligibility For The FDU International Scholarship.

Scholarships are typically awarded with emphasis on educational achievement and school performance. Only candidates who have completed an FDU curriculum application will be regarded. Grants are renewable every year if you continue to register full-time, keep a good GPA, and have lasting performance status at FDU.

2. Global Housing Bursary.

Fairleigh Dickinson University is delighted to give its Global Accommodation Grant to deserving international students all over the world.

The scholarship program is designed to assist high-achieving students who wish to pursue a bachelor’s degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University. This scholarship is offered to those living in the metropolitan area of the school.

Eligibility Criteria For the FDU Global Housing Bursary.

  • Must live on and attend the Metropolitan campus.
  • Based on academic merit, financial need, and extracurricular involvement. Recipients can still qualify for merit-based scholarships.
  • Renewable for up to two years.

3. Scholarship For Athletics At FDU.

At Fairleigh Dickinson University, participation in sports is an important component of the curriculum. 

The athletic curriculum promotes and encourages men and women in college to participate in inter-college, intramural, and recreational sports.

The college’s Centre of sports offers 21 sports activities to its international group of students.

Eligibility For The FDU Athletic Scholarship.

  • Only offered at the Regional Campus. 
  • Subject to National Collegiate athletic association I laws and restrictions. 
  • Acknowledges superior athletic achievement of students who take part in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Segment.

4. Phi Theta Kappa Award.

This is an annual award accessible to exchange undergrads who are participants of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society (PTK). The above grant is sustainable for 2 years.

Verification of PTK membership is necessary for this scholarship to be awarded.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Beneficiaries should hold a GPA of 3.0.

5. FDU Scholarship For Transfer Students.

Students who are transferring from another college to Fairleigh Dickinson University are usually eligible for transfer grants upon applying to the University. They would be given an annual salary of up to $16,000

Minimum Qualifications 

  • The scholarship is based on educational achievement.
  • The international transfer Scholarship is sustainable if full-time enrollment is maintained.

6. Assistantships for Graduate Students (GA).

FDU Graduate students may pursue graduate assistant positions in the College of Public and Global Affairs to help finance their tuition. GAs help the SPGA unit with financial and marketing tasks for up to 20 hours per week. Candidates who begin an internship program in their first year of graduate study are provided with preference.

7. Scholarship For Students From the African American Chamber of Commerce

Members and employees are eligible for a graduate grant for the Department of Public Administration (MPA) scheme.

For admission to the MPA, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and fulfill other specifications. 

Applicants will be evaluated based on their career progression potential as well as their financial requirements. Application for the MPA program should come before applying for the scholarship. There is no requirement for test scores. The online application is not required.

8. The Orefice Family Graduate 

The Orefice Family Postgrad Scholarship provides financial assistance to students enrolled in the College of Public and World Affairs. The plan covers up to 20 students’ part-time studies for up to 2 years.

Candidates for the grant must have a bachelor’s degree and meet all other entry criteria for the School’s MA, MPA, MAS, or MS training programs. 

Applicants will be evaluated based on their career progression potential as well as their financial need. To obtain the yearly reinstatement, students should indeed sustain a  maximum average of B

9. Ellen Chapman and Michael Moss Public Affairs Bursary.

Throughout its project-based education program, the Ellen Chapman and Michael Moss Bursary in Public Affairs provide learners trying to pursue the Master of Public Administration (MPA). For up to two years, the award will support an ambitious and hardworking student enrolled through the project-based MPA program.

The bursary is named after FDU grad student Michael Moss and his wife Ellen Chapman.

Candidates for the Bursary should have a bachelor’s degree and satisfy other entry criteria for the project-based MPA. Candidates will be evaluated based on their career progression potential as well as their financial need.

10. Initiative Through Newark

Students attending the program who live or work in Newark or Essex County. They will be eligible to receive scholarships for up to 6 credits for classes held in Newark. To be regarded, students must be admitted. 

Students from Newark are given priority over other Essex Citizens. To be eligible for this scholarship you must have a connection to Newark or Essex County.

11. The Elizabeth and Mark Scholarship.

Meyer Scholarship continues to support up to 2 students for 2 years of part-time studies each year. 

People working in the embassies of Romania and the Republic of Moldova in America will be given priority if they enroll in FDU’s Master of Arts in International Affairs program.

Applicants for the grant should be bachelor’s degree holders and meet all other admission requirements for the graduate program. To receive the yearly sustainable fund, students must maintain a minimum of a B average.
