The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is a public research university located in Sydney, Australia. Though its roots are said to trace back to the 1870s, the university was set up in its current form in 1988. As of 2020, UTS enrolls 46,328 students through its 9 faculties and schools. Eligibility for UTS Australia Scholarship

  • To be eligible for UTS Australia Scholarship, You must be an international student (not an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia)
  • To be eligible for UTS Australia Scholarship, You must have finished Senior Secondary School (Gao San) in China and undertaken the Gaokao administrated by Provincial or Municipal Education Examination Authority, China
  • To be eligible for UTS Australia Scholarship, You must meet all UTS admission criteria for the selected UTS undergraduate degree course
  • To be eligible for UTS Australia Scholarship, You must have finished the Gaokao no longer than one year prior to commencing at UTS, and be admitted based on this qualification to UTS; and
  • To be eligible for UTS Australia Scholarship, You must not be registered in a UTS Transnational Program.

How to Apply for UTS Australia Scholarship

UTS International will automatically consider all starting international students from China who have finished the Gaokao no longer than one year prior to starting at UTS, and are applying for an undergraduate coursework program at UTS in Sydney.

Applications of eligible candidates will be offered to a Scholarships Selection Committee, which will undertake the selection of Receivers, usually in September/October for autumn session.
